Returns & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only – no cash refunds.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect, resellable condition.

Damaged or Used Items

Products that are damaged, worn, washed, altered, or otherwise not in original condition will not qualify for a return or store credit.

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If there is transit damage, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos so we can guide you.

Courier & Handling Fees

The courier cost for returning items is for the client’s account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, an electronic credit voucher will be issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping).

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
